We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in El Monte, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Competitive compensation package: minimum $19.16 per hour ($39,852.80) – maximum $20.69 per hour ($43,035.20)
• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

• Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Conduct comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies: seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• Long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work environment
