This is a full‑time, on‑site Accountant role located in El Paso, TX. The Accountant will oversee and manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, budgeting, and maintaining internal controls. The role also involves assisting with audits, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with team members to enhance financial operations.

• Proficient in accounting practices, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience in account reconciliation and maintaining internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial data analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with public housing programs or government‑funded housing initiatives is a plus.
