Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to support a busy CPA office. The position is part-time hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday) with potential for overtime and transition to full‑time.
Compensation$15.00 / hr – $16.00 / hr. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities- Perform data entry, scanning, and binding of tax returns and payroll documents.
- Maintain customer files and answer phone inquiries.
- Carry out basic accounting functions, including debits and credits.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
- Basic accounting knowledge with understanding of debits and credits.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and general computer skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required.
