Job Description
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and must be bilingual (English/ Spanish).
Work is M-F. You can set up your work hours between 30 & 40 hours per week, plus commissions and vacations paid.
Responsibilities- Assist with individual Tax preparation, posting, data entry, bank reconciliation, spreadsheets, filing and other office tasks.
- Must be familiar with office machinery.
- Good with numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Answering phones, filing.
- Must be able to multitask when needed.
