A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO TAX SEASON

Work hard during tax season. Enjoy meaningful flexibility the rest of the year.

Our seasonally variable schedule is intentionally designed to balance the demands of public accounting with life outside of work. You'll receive a consistent annual salary while your workload adjusts throughout the year.

February-April:
Approximately 40-50 hours per week during peak tax season.

May-June:
Approximately 30-40 hours per week as filing and advisory work continues.

July-January:
Generally 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility for filing deadlines, client needs, and practice development.

We believe exceptional tax professionals deserve meaningful careers without maintaining peak-season hours year-round.
