This position will perform basic testing/repair for electronic products, such as printers, monitors, network and handheld equipment. Training is provided. Our ideal candidate has basic knowledge of electronics. Previous experience in electronics repair, electronics assembly or other electronics education/training is preferred.
Job Duties- Performs basic testing on electronic products
- Determines if the designated product passes all test cycles. Collects diagnostic information needed and enters it into our tracking software
- Performs basic product repair and/or assembly
- Visually inspects product for damage
- Unpacks, cleans, re‑labels and re‑packages product in relation to above activities
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred and/or
- 6+ months related experience
- Good attention to detail and the ability to handle small parts
- High school level math, reading and writing skills desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible, adaptable and able to learn new methods and procedures as requested or required to meet company and customer needs
