• Pay: Starting at $13/hour (higher pay considered for experience)

• Career Growth: Paid training and a clear path to become a certified Technician. Experienced techs earn $40,000–$80,000/year

• Schedule: 40+ hour workweek, weekends off

No prior automotive experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are hardworking, eager to learn, and take pride in doing the job right.

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Eagerness to learn and improve

• Ability to work with tools and perform physical tasks

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset

• Basic computer literacy

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and vehicle inspections

• Follow dealership and factory standards on all repair orders

• Communicate with the parts department and service advisors

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool use

• Test‑drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools as needed

• Provide excellent service and attention to detail on every job
