Supply Chain Manager

Venture Core is the kind of place where a Supply Chain Manager with Cold Chain Management can rewrite an assumption that's quietly costing us money. Trade 7 years of Demand Forecasting for $79,000 - $121,000 and you also get business ownership and a Venture Core crew that wants you to win.

• Smooth the handoff between Demand Forecasting closing and Cold Chain Management onboarding
• Build the pricing logic that a remote sales rep can explain in one breath
• Convert a nimble hunch into a tested hypothesis the board can weigh
• Evaluate new initiatives through rigorous business cases and ROI analysis
• Keep Venture Core strategy legible to the people who have to execute it

• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
• Experience thriving in a make-it-better, deadline-driven setting like Venture Core
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a manager capacity
• Demonstrated knack for making the autonomy-driven feel manageable

Venture Core doesn't chase headlines; it just keeps building the low-drama business backbone that El Paso, TX runs on. Our El Paso team treats every retro like a chance to quietly upgrade how we operate.

Beyond the $79,000 - $121,000 headline, we hand you a mentor, room to grow into manager work, and the freedom to shape your own week.
