We are partnering with a reputable construction company in the El Paso market to identify an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and complex commercial projects from start through completion.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, drives schedules, and consistently delivers high‑quality work safely and efficiently.

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities for commercial construction projects
• Manage daily field operations, jobsite logistics, and construction sequencing
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and local authorities
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a strong jobsite safety culture
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and building codes
• Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
• Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch lists
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and project teams
• Participate in preconstruction planning and constructability reviews
• Manage project closeout activities and turnover

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Proven experience with ground‑up and/or large‑scale commercial builds
• Experience across sectors such as:
  • Office
  • Retail
  • Hospitality
  • Education
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing and means & methods
• OSHA certification preferred
