Ozaeta Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project execution and help drive successful delivery for construction initiatives.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing day-to-day project activities to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards. This role partners with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition, the Project Manager supports effective resource planning and documentation to promote safe, efficient jobsite operations and consistent project performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination, including scheduling, workflow tracking, and ensuring milestones are met.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Track job progress, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.

  • Coordinate resources across labor, subcontractors, and materials to support project requirements and productivity goals.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on status, changes, and key jobsite details.

Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing projects in a construction or field-based environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of project planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Commitment to safety awareness and jobsite professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing construction projects of varying sizes and scopes.

  • Familiarity with change management processes and maintaining project documentation.

  • Proven leadership skills, including mentoring or coordinating teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Understanding of scheduling concepts and the ability to read and interpret project requirements.

  • Experience working directly with subcontractors and coordinating workflow across trades.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $25.00
