Southland Holdings is seeking an experienced excavator operator to join the El Paso, TX / Santa Teresa, NM project team. You will operate heavy equipment to dig pipe ditches in streets or open land, bench and slope, and install boxes with street plates while maintaining safety and efficiency.
The role demands durability for long hours (5–6 days/week, 50–60 hours) on major infrastructure builds. Competitive pay with health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match is offered.
