Senior Superintendent - Healthcare

A growing Dallas-based general contractor is looking to add an experienced Senior Superintendent to its team. The Senior Superintendent will take ownership of field operations on ground-up and complex renovation projects
, with a primary focus on healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing challenging builds, developing field teams, and making a meaningful impact.

• Lead field operations across healthcare, private education, industrial, and commercial projects.
• Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, and quality.
• Manage complex construction activities, including occupied healthcare environments.
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Mentor field personnel and drive successful project delivery from start to finish.

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven Superintendent-level leadership.
• Strong healthcare construction experience preferred

• Experience managing ground-up projects and complex renovations.
• Background in private education, industrial, or commercial construction is a plus.
• Strong scheduling, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
