Hensel Phelps is seeking an Area Superintendent for an on-site role in Texas to lead a defined project area, manage field teams, and supervise safety, schedule, and quality targets. You will work with trade partners to maintain the four‑week schedule and ensure efficient material handling, cost control, and documentation.
The ideal candidate has 5–6 years on large commercial builds, a civil/structural/construction background, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid are preferred.
