We are seeking a dedicated Mobile or Office Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Objectives
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing, and troubleshooting
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Identify and upscale complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and concerns
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours depending on business needs
