Our office is local, our clients are real people, and our goal is simple: to provide support that matters.

You’re bilingual, patient, and reliable. Maybe you’ve worked in customer service before and you’re ready to work somewhere stable, where your time and skills actually matter.

If you enjoy helping people, want a low-drama, team-focused environment, and speak both Spanish and English fluently, we’d love to meet you.

• Answer incoming calls and help clients with simple questions.
• Take detailed messages and follow-ups.
• Speak with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Use Microsoft Excel and basic internet tools to stay organized.
• Help create a smooth, respectful client experience.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Friendly phone voice and ability to really listen.
• Comfortable with computers (Excel, internet).
• Can multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site — this is not a remote position.
• Able to pass a background check.
