General Dentist | Full Time | Sign on Bonus Opportunity for Ownership!

We are seeking an Associate Dentist for our practice who is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a strong commitment to patient education.

As an Associate Dentist, you will be able to continue to learn and expand your skills as you will be supported by a team of experienced dental professionals who are committed to providing exceptional patient care. We offer a variety of dental treatments in house such all general, cosmetic, endodontics, implants, emergency and children's dentistry.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday

Duties
  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
  • Conduct routine dental examinations and cleanings
  • Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications
  • Valid license to practice dentistry in Texas
  • Graduation from an accredited dental school
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and equipment
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations
  • Ability to take and interpret vital signs
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems
  • Experience working in a dental office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
