At El Paso Viva Dental, we’re looking for an energetic Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional service to our patients and support our dental team. If you’re an organized multitasker with a background in healthcare, we want to hear from you!

• $18 - $20 per hour

Earn $18 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.

• Monday to Friday

Enjoy predictable hours with a Monday to Friday workweek.

• Registered Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse patients.
• Filipino bilingual speaker is a plus.
• Background in dental assisting and strong leadership skills are a big plus!
• Good understanding of finance and treatment plan processing.

• Manage patient schedules, check-ins, and ensure a smooth front desk operation.
• Handle insurance claims and treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with general office administration tasks and provide support to the dental team.
• Provide excellent patient service and help foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
