Practice Details

• Outpatient-only geriatrics care with no inpatient responsibilities
• High-volume clinic seeing approximately 14 to 18 patients per day
• Multidisciplinary support, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and a clinical pharmacist
• Modern outpatient setting with exam rooms, on-site pharmacy, imaging, lab, and attached emergency department
• Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new geriatrics clinic and future leadership roles

Schedule

• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• Option for a four-day workweek
• No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with additional incentives

Candidate Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Geriatrics or significant geriatrics experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Spanish-speaking preferred but not required; interpreter services and AI-supported tools available
• Values independence while working within a team-based care model
