Position: Lead a New Hem / Onc Program in El Paso - No Call, 30 Days PTO, and Full Support

Pacific Companies is excited to present a unique Hematology / Oncology opportunity in vibrant West Texas. Join a mission-driven team to lead a brand-new Hem / Onc program backed by the region's largest health network. With no call responsibilities, generous time off, and a robust infrastructure of clinical support, this role is designed to offer long-term professional fulfillment and lifestyle balance.

You'll work in a purpose-built outpatient clinic alongside infusion, rehab, and navigation services. Whether your goals include leadership, teaching, or simply focusing on patient care, this practice offers the autonomy, resources, and community impact to match your career vision.

Professional Highlights
  • Lead a new Hem / Onc practice for a trusted regional health network
  • Outpatient clinic co-located with infusion, PT, and navigation services
  • Full-service cancer program : lab, imaging, pharmacy, tumor boards & surgical backup
  • Dedicated support : nurse navigators, oncology pharmacist, office & clinical coordinators
  • No call | Mon-Fri 8a-5p | 32 patient contact hours + 1 admin day
  • Patient mix transitions from 60% inpatient to 80% outpatient as the program matures
  • Leadership opportunity : medical directorship stipend available
  • Optional academic roles teaching med students, residents & fellows
  • Hospital privileges across system campuses
