• Outpatient‑only geriatrics care with no inpatient responsibilities
• High‑volume clinic seeing approximately 14 to 18 patients per day
• Multidisciplinary support, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and a clinical pharmacist
• Modern outpatient setting with exam rooms, on‑site pharmacy, imaging, lab, and attached emergency department
• Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new geriatrics clinic and future leadership roles

• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• Option for a four‑day workweek
• No weekends

• Guaranteed base salary with additional incentives

• CME allowance with paid CME time

• Fellowship‑trained in Geriatrics or significant geriatrics experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Spanish‑speaking preferred but not required; interpreter services and AI‑supported tools available
