Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a full-time Maternal & Fetal Medicine physician to join their growing women's services program. The practice model features in-house billing, coding, and collections, alongside a manageable call structure where the vast majority of after-hours needs are handled by phone. Providers will practice in a fully equipped, high-acuity environment supported by a robust institutional foundation and a high-demand patient population.

Practice Info

• Fully equipped, high-acuity environment with on-site equipment including ultrasound and NST
• Providence East Campus: 218-bed hospital with an 18-bed Level III NICU, 10-bed Labor & Delivery Unit, and 3 C-section rooms
• Billing, coding, and collections managed entirely in-house
• Daily patient census: 16 clinic patients per day plus 3-4 inpatient consults per month

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary with production bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, employed MFM position
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Split call: approximately 12-15 days per month; 98% manageable by phone

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal & Fetal Medicine
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required
