The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus invites an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joint or Spine to join one of the largest and most established orthopedic groups in El Paso, TX. This employed position offers a busy, well-supported environment with strong surgical volume, advanced orthopedic technology, and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Physicians will enjoy robust clinical and administrative support, academic involvement opportunities, and a comprehensive compensation package.
Practice Info
- Employed position within an established, multi-specialty orthopedic group
- Practice based primarily at a 480-bed hospital performing the highest surgical volume in the market
- Opportunity to operate at a secondary facility located within close proximity
- Access to advanced technology including Mako robotic system, CORI robot, and Stealth navigation system
- Three established clinic locations across the El Paso market
- Academic involvement available but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide orthopedic surgery with a focus in Total Joint or Spine
- Manage a mix of approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient care
- See an average of 20 patients per clinic day
- Perform 8-10 surgical cases per week to start
- Participate in a shared call schedule with approximately 5-6 days per month and one weekend per month

- Salary guarantee plus wRVU production model

Shift & Schedule

Qualifications
- MD, DO
- BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Total Joint or Spine
- Active TX medical license or ability to obtain
