• Develop productive research programs in applying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to bioinformatics data analyses.
• Mentor and teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Supervise graduate research projects and direct Ph.D. dissertations in computational or data science.
• Collaborate in industry and/or applied interdisciplinary research projects as appropriate.

• Ph.D. required; postdoctoral experience preferred.
• Strong research record in a bioinformatics-related application area.
• Capacity to secure extramural funding.
