We Rock the Spectrum is an inclusive kids’ gym dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children of all abilities.

Position Summary:

The PE Instructor will lead engaging, developmentally appropriate physical education classes for children ages 2–12. The role involves encouraging movement, teamwork, and motor skill development while adapting activities for children of all abilities, including those with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead physical education classes that promote fitness, coordination, and teamwork.
• Incorporate age-appropriate games, exercises, and movement activities.
• Adapt lessons for children with different abilities and skill levels.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff.
• Support gym programs and special events when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or childcare).
• Background in physical education, fitness, recreation, or related field preferred.
• Ability to adapt activities for children with special needs.
• Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with kids.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Twice a week (afternoons/evenings).
• $18 per hour.
