Head of Operational Excellence

Billion with investments from the world’s leading companies. The company manufactures complex products and structures full of electronics and components.

Having undergone a significant recent shift from startup model to a full-scale production environment, we need an experienced and hands-on manufacturing professional to lead the company’s performance framework, ensuring engineering, testing, and production processes deliver the highest levels of innovation, efficiency, and reliability. This leader will drive continuous improvement across all operations, overseeing manufacturing engineering, test, NPI & change management, industrial/continuous improvement engineering and principal/systems engineering.

You will define and implement technical standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks across all production lines and build and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

We need an individual with degree in engineering or a related technical field with many years of experience in engineering leadership roles within high-tech or manufacturing industries. You will have a proven track record of leading technical process improvements at a global scale and proven managerial experience.
