Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

This food manufacturing group is scaling fast, with eight sites across the US and Mexico — and packaging innovation is central to their strategy. As a Packaging Development Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, validating and improving packaging solutions across a diverse range of products and formats.

From reducing cost and improving sustainability, to launching new products and standardizing packaging specs — you’ll lead projects from the ground up. You’ll also work closely with engineering, QA, procurement, and operations to make sure everything works at speed and scale.

It’s technical. It’s practical. It’s not for someone who wants to sit at their desk all day.

You’ll be on the ground regularly, working directly with plants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of packaging projects across borders — and help shape smarter, faster, and more consistent packaging operations.

• Solid experience in packaging engineering or procurement — ideally in food
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials (e.g. Rovema, TNA, GEA, Matrix, Bosch)
• Strong communicator and problem-solver
• Ready to work across sites and with multiple stakeholders
