This is a full-time position that will report directly to the Line Maintenance Supervisor with oversight from the Director of Maintenance (DOM). The responsibilities include the day-to-day aircraft maintenance needs of the Company involving a variety of maintenance tasks relating to the Company’s aircraft and engines. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high mechanical aptitude, exemplary work ethic, strong knowledge of line maintenance, and proficient in FAA regulations.

Excellent communication skills are required, and the successful candidate must be able to exhibit the values and culture of the company while working in a fast-paced/dynamic environment.

• Performaircraftmaintenancepermanufacturers’recommendationsandadhereto approved procedures and data while performing their duties.
• Meetaircraft,checkaircraftmaintenancelogs,andrespondtodiscrepanciesenteredin the logbook.
• Performroutineandnon-routinemaintenanceonaircraft.
• References the Aircraft Maintenance Manual ,theIllustrated Parts Catalog ,the Structural Repair Manual, the Component Maintenance Manuals, and the wiring diagrams to perform work on aircraft.
• Completesrequiredpaperworkaccuratelyusingproceduressetforthinthe General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
• Usesonlyapprovedandcertifiedhardware,parts,andequipmenttobeinstalledorused on aircraft.
• Promotesteamworkamongstmaintenancepersonnelandflightcrews.
• Maintains work spaces, materials, and tooling IAW company policies and procedures, industry best practices, and appropriate housekeeping.
• Upholdssafetyandsecurityprocedures and awareness.
• Hastheabilitytoobtainadditionalqualificationsthroughtrainingandeducationas needed.
• Otherdutiesasassigned.

• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) Diploma, or higher.
• Avalid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
  Airframeand Powerplant Certificate .
• Abilitytosuccessfullypassassessmentwhichdemonstratesknowledgeofline maintenance under part 121 operations.
• Two(2) yearsofexperienceoncommercialaircraftinapart
  121environment (Boeing 767 & Boeing 737 classic experience highly preferred)
• Basic avionics knowledge and skill is highly preferred
• Abilitytooccasionallytraveltoairport/aircraftfieldlocationswithlittleorshortnotice.
• Abilitytodrivetugs,trucks,taxiaircraft,lift trucks,snorkellifts,boomlifts,andtractor and/or other maintenance vehicles.
• Abilitytocommunicateeffectively,inbothoral andwrittencommunication.
• Abilitytocrawl,bend,kneel,climb,andstoopfrequentlyinconfinedspaces.
• Abilitytoworkunderpressureinateam environment.
• Possessandmaintainavalid Driver'sLicenseandadrivingrecordfromthestateofyour primary residence that meets the Company’s insurance standards.
• Active Passport
• Passatwo(2) yeardrugandalcoholbackgroundcheck,pre-employmentdrugtest,and criminal history records check (CHRC)
