Base pay range: $61,100.00 / yr – $84,000.00 / yr

We are looking for a driven and curious Structural Design Technician to provide leadership and support our Built Environment team.

• Develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines.
• Convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
• Provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, and team morale.
• Collaborate with clients and construction trade partners.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
• At least 1 year of Revit experience
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience
• Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures (preferred)
• Experience leading a team of designers (preferred)
• Experience with healthcare/institutional/commercial buildings (preferred)
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam (preferred)
