Licensed Architect (Full‑time)

El Paso, TX – Salary: $70,000.00 – $

We are looking for an experienced licensed architect to lead design, provide project management, and foster teamwork for a diverse mix of educational, industrial, municipal, and commercial projects.

• Willingness to learn and effectively communicate in a collaborative team environment.
• Client interaction and coordination on a frequent basis.
• Effectively fosters relationships with team members, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Participates in business development activities, such as marketing, developing project win strategies, and preparing technical data for proposals.
• Ensures quality management by implementing quality control standards.

• Creation and management of the architectural scope of work and fee for projects.
• Develop project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with team members for effective execution across all design and construction phases.
• Maintain strong organization of project documentation and follow implemented standards and procedures.
• Prepare technical equipment specifications for construction documents.
• Develop and maintain progress, quality control, schedule, and staffing coordination, providing regular reporting.
• Coordinate communications between the project team, engineering, and design team members to ensure consistent technical content.
• Pursue target opportunities and develop client relationships.
• Exhibit an energetic, positive, and inspiring attitude.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction principles.
• Experience with project management, leading technical professionals, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in managing project pursuits, preparing proposals, and working with marketing staff.

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of architecture.
• Licensed Architect registered in New Mexico, Arizona, or Texas.
• Experience with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing work plans, budgets, and project schedules is highly desired.
