Mortgage Production Manager; El Paso, TX

Overview

Raiz Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Mortgage Production Manager to join the Mortgage Division, reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate and Business Services. This role is ideal for a highly motivated mortgage leader.

• Manage the origination process for the Credit Union’s mortgage loans.
• Mentor, train, and motivate the sales force to achieve results.
• Ensure internal and external audits are conducted with the origination staff and processes.
• Directly oversee mortgage originator production volume, business development activities, loan origination pipeline management, and loan quality submissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years in lending, with at least three (3) years as a Mortgage Manager and/or five (5) years as a Production Supervisor.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and knowledge of mortgage lending underwriting guidelines.

This is a management position. This is a full-time position.
