Role Description
The Dealership Controller role at FOX Toyota of El Paso is a full-time, on-site position located in El Paso, TX. The primary responsibilities include overseeing all financial and accounting processes within the dealership, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Controller will lead the dealership’s accounting team, analyze financial data to support decision-making, and work closely with management to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in accounting and financial reporting, including managing budgets and preparing financial statements.
- Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, compliance requirements, and cash flow management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide accounting staff.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or financial controller roles within the automotive dealership industry is a plus.
