, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow with integrity, accountability, and precision.
- Own the Numbers:
Manage financial records with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring our firm’s financial integrity. - Analyze & Advise:
Prepare reports, analyze budgets, forecast financial trends, and provide insights to leadership. - Lead with Impact:
Guide and mentor junior accounting staff while collaborating with other departments. - Keep Us Compliant:
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, audits, tax reporting, and financial compliance with GAAP.
- ✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ✅ 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- ✅ Proficiency in Quick Books or similar ERP systems.
- ✅ Advanced Excel skills - you live for pivot tables and data analysis!
- ✅ Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
- ✅ Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a BIG plus!
