Position: Staff Accountant (Commissions)

• Plano, TX (Dallas, TX)
• El Paso, TX

Hybrid Schedule: We embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For eligible roles, the standard schedule includes in‑office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Any updates to this model will be communicated in advance.

• Responsible for all aspects of the sales commissions process. Prepares journal entries, schedules, and analysis in accordance with GAAP for month‑end close.
• Partner with internal and external reps to ensure payments are made timely and accurately.
• Answer all h‑oc inquiries related to commissions.
• Manage and compile balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Build and maintain monthly and quarterly income statement reports.
• Perform income statement and balance sheet variance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget or prior year.
• Work with internal and external auditors providing supporting documentation as needed.
• Prepare and validate supporting schedules for SEC reporting.

• Able to balance, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Able to interact with various levels of management.
• Office skills: filing, organizational skills, presentation skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Solid experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge in Accounting, General Ledger, Trial Balance, SEC, Managerial & Financial Reporting.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
