A company is looking for a VP of Finance to guide the organization through its next stage of scale and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial performance across multiple business lines, building scalable, data‑driven models for forecasting and capital allocation
Serve as a key thought partner to the executive team on financial strategy, growth planning, and risk management
Lead financial management of value‑based care contracts and oversee all accounting, audit, and tax functions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and accounting, with at least 3 years in digital health
5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling finance teams
Strong understanding of corporate practice of medicine compliance and MSO‑PC structuring
Experience with accounting and ERP tools
Ability to communicate financial strategy and insights clearly to executive teams and investors
