At Action Behavior Centers, each team is structured with one BCBA supervisor and nine RBTs who implement lesson plans and oversee the progress of eight children. This caseload is much smaller than at other ABA therapy centers! We believe it’s important to always have an extra set of hands on deck to ensure the highest level of care and attention for the children we serve.

We also have the ABC student loan program, a part of ABC Foundations. We’ve coordinated with SoFi to lower the interest rates and monthly payments on teammates’ existing loans.

We want to ensure our teammates feel fully supported on their journey to becoming a BCBA. The Accelerate program ensures financial and time investments in our BATs (Behavior Analysts in Training). This program is aimed to help fast-track the road to becoming a BCBA. Selected teammates receive 20 hours per week of PAID time off the schedule to perform unrestricted activities.
