Compensation: $16–$20 per hour.

Join our Eastside and Westside Stretch Zone locations as a practitioner. We seek professionals from the health and wellness industry, including massage therapists, personal trainers, physical therapists, nurses, Pilates or yoga instructors.

All trainees must complete a week of training at our corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale to master Stretch Zone modalities and help clients reduce pain, prevent injury, and improve mobility.

• Wear socks and athletic attire for 90% of the work schedule.
• Passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional.
• Clean and maintain equipment daily.
• Attend and participate in all staff meetings and training sessions.
• Provide a first‑class stretching experience while ensuring client safety and adherence to Stretch Zone safety policies.
• Consistently update clients’ notes and assist in booking recurring stretch sessions.
• Retain current clients through exceptional client care and communication with Front Desk and General Manager.

• Licensed Massage Therapist
• Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid)
• Certified Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Graduates of Kinesiology encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fitness or health environment providing hands‑on training with clients
