Registered Nurse Coordinator coordinates the care needs of assigned patients and develops comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum. Partners with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on their individual needs and preferences.

Education- Required:
Academic degree in nursing. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Required:
2 years nursing experience.
- Required:
Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, in state of practice or policy. - Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, social work, and others to ensure appropriate tests and treatments are delivered in a timely fashion.

- Balance care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved.
