Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) El Paso, TXCompensation Packages
Local Candidates (Hourly Pay): $47 – $54 per hour
Travel Candidates (Weekly Take-Home Pay): $1593 – $1893 per week (includes a lower taxable hourly rate, supplemented by tax-free housing and meal stipends)
Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a partnered school district in El Paso, TX for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, school-based role serving students with communication and language needs.

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with federal and Texas state special education guidelines
- Prior school-based experience preferred

SLPJob Duties
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in a school-based setting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students with communication, fluency, and articulation needs
