Are you a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) looking for a flexible, impactful role? Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking mission-driven professionals to provide behavioral health support for unaccompanied minors during surge operations and backfill needs in El Paso, TX.

* 1099 Contractor Position | ONSITE Role Your Role:
Support When It's Needed Most
* Provide mental health support & crisis intervention for unaccompanied minors
* Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations to identify trauma-related symptoms
* Ensure child safety & well-being by monitoring interactions and assessing emotional distress
* Apply trauma-informed care strategies to help minors develop healthier coping mechanisms
* Collaborate with facility staff to ensure culturally sensitive, effective care
* Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports Who We Need:
* Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
* Independent License in Texas (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
* Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required Be the Support System They Need.
