• Good attitude
• Willing to perform menial tasks such as washing bottles, labeling plates and bottles; development potential for greater responsibilities over time
• Flexibility—some days may require working late or starting early; routine is preferred but may vary

• Provide microbiology laboratory support according to R&D processes and quality procedures (media preparation, laboratory glassware cleaning, inventory/re‑stocking of supplies, general lab preventative maintenance).
• Perform microbiological tests for assigned projects (e.g., growth promotion, sterility testing).
• Assist with overall planning and scheduling to meet project timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Basic knowledge of microbiology techniques and good laboratory practices; hands‑on laboratory experience in media preparation, autoclave use, bioburden and sterility testing of products.
• Ability to generate and analyze data to provide meaningful insights and data‑driven recommendations.
• Strong team player with ability to work with all associates.
• Coordinates daily activities of team members and supervisors.
• Identifies problems and escalates appropriately.
• Continuous drive to improve processes for better performance.
• Executes against established guidelines, common procedures and policies.
• Flexible to work as scheduled based on needs.

• Associate or BS degree in Microbiology / Biological Sciences preferred.
• Microbiology laboratory experience desirable.
