Responsibilities- Maintain patient medical records and safeguard PHI in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
- Ensure adherence to The Joint Commission standards for quality of patient care and collaborate with the Health Information Management Department to support data integrity and information management.
- High school diploma or GED and equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in information management and direct experience in a health care psychiatric facility preferred.
- No licensure necessary.
