Role Description

The Behavioral and Speech Institute of Texas, PLLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full‑time, on‑site role in the Greater McAllen Area. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and supervising behavior technicians. Regular responsibilities include evaluating client progress, providing parent education and training, collaborating with other professionals, and ensuring adherence to evidence‑based practices.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong skills in Behavior Management and implementation of intervention strategies
  • Experience in providing Parent Education and supporting caregivers
  • BCBA certification and licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with children, particularly children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Team‑oriented and committed to collaboration
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
