Job Details

Bilingual Patient Advocate Specialist:

* Monday - Friday

* Day Hours (8:30am-5pm)

* Full Benefits

* Performance Bonus

The Patient Advocate Specialist will be responsible for enrolling eligible patients into proper health insurance plans, explaining the program guidelines and reviewing the costs and coverage.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field

* Prefer 3-5 years patient-related work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting

* Experience advocating for patients

* Experience with Medicaid a plus

* Strong customer service skills

* Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal

* Bilingual Spanish Required
