Houskeeping Supervisor Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant to support the housekeeping supervisor in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and helping to coordinate daily operations.

• Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in managing and overseeing housekeeping staff.
• Help coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assignments.
• Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality control.
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping team members as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the supervisor in administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Basic supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

This position is based in El Paso, TX, and involves working in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
