Double Tree by Hilton Downtown El Paso is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all areas of guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and countertops.
• Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly organized and presented according to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and questions.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Follow all hotel, housekeeping, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established time frames.
• Assist other Housekeeping team members as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and hotel standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy and business needs
