- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all areas of guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and countertops.
- Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
- Ensure guest rooms are properly organized and presented according to hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and questions.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
- Follow all hotel, housekeeping, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Respect guest privacy and hotel property.
- Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established time frames.
- Assist other Housekeeping team members as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.
