Remote HR Representative

$20 - $28 / hour

We are looking for a dedicated HR Representative to support our HR department in a variety of functions. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations. • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Address employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Help with organizing employee training sessions and development programs
• Support employee relations initiatives and resolve employee issues or concerns
• Assist with payroll administration and benefits processing
• Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assist employees with various HR-related issues
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in HR
