UTEP’s Department of Computer Science seeks a visionary, collaborative leader to serve as its next Department Chair. The Chair will advance the department’s mission by supporting innovative programs and nationally recognized research in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Systems, and Theoretical CS. With multiple NSA Center of Academic Excellence designations, a new Applied AI Innovation Institute, and valuable industry and federal partnerships, UTEP offers exceptional opportunities for impact.
