Manages and maintains the non-profit organization's data systems. Collaborates with various departments to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility, while also contributing to the organization's data-driven decision-making processes.

• Strong knowledge of database systems, data management best practices, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and experience with database software, such as Salesforce or SQL Server.
• Strong ability to organize work priorities and meet specific objectives under time constraints.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, technical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to the mission and values of the nonprofit organization.

Three years of experience in data management or database administration, preferably within a nonprofit organization.

Certification in office management preferred.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management or a related field required. Bachelor degree preferred.
