✔️ Conduct root-cause analysis for technical problems and implement long-term corrective measures.

✔️ Configure and maintain cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud solutions.

✔️ Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company networks, data, and digital assets.

✔️ Perform regular vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and compliance audits.

✔️ Develop technical documentation, guides, SOPs, and training material for internal teams.

✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.

✔️ Assist in planning and execution of IT projects, including migrations, deployments, and integrations.

✔️ Maintain and monitor data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity systems.

✔️ Oversee user account management, permissions, access control, and identity management.

✔️ Manage IT inventory, licensing, and procurement of hardware/software resources.

✔️ Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based networks.

✔️ Support cybersecurity incident response, log monitoring, and threat detection activities.

✔️ Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or Bash.

✔️ Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO, NIST, HIPAA, or SOC2, depending on business needs.

✔️ Participate in team meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
